Had a slight hiccup with pricing at check-in, but the staff resolved it efficiently. The fantastic facilities, great location near the metro, and attentive lifeguards made for a special stay. Just a few minor quirks like a slow lift and rug placement, but overall, a wonderful experience at the Kailidia Palace Hotel in Dubai.

What a knowledgeable and excellent co-operating staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide array of choice. Exceptional service and reasonable value. Free Wi-Fi available.

my a double room was modern, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. all of the staff was welcoming and very, very nice and attentive to guests. the location of the hotel was favourable - within easy walking distance of jackpot.

Our room had exceptional views and was neat and spotless. the room had a new mini bar fridge, tea/coffee making equipment, and a writing desk. the hotel is in a particularly good location in a gorgeous area, just next door to local shops and restaurants. Nearby Gettin' Basted is a great place to chill out.

Excellent, tidy hotel with spotless rooms and friendly staff. Plenty of excellent food for meals. Favorable location right by metro station and a 24-hour supermarket. Nice pool, parking onsite. No charge for wake-up service and ironing.

Impeccable Cleanliness and Maintenance: Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well, maintained. the hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Comfortable Accommodations: Beds were exceptionally comfortable. One day, I felt like royalty with a tea and coffee maker in my suite. As I sipped my morning coffee, the city views from my room made me feel like I was overlooking a bustling kingdom , a truly regal experience. Cons: Late check, out interruptions.

We hit up the Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family had a blast! the pool party vibes were on point, and we met so many cool peeps. the staff, especially Ali and Ms. Rulla, made us feel like VIPs!

Wish they had more late-night activities for us night owls. A teen-friendly disco or gaming lounge would have taken the party to the next level!

The spacious double room with a balcony and pool views made me feel like I was in paradise. As a vegetarian, having a kitchenette available was a great convenience for making my own meals. Cons: I found the strong smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room quite unpleasant.

The staff were very attentive, the location was great next to a 24-hour supermarket, and it was close to the creek, local shops, and restaurants.

I was satisfied with the brand-new room, there were a hairdryer, a bidet, and robes just in case. the staff was very helpful, always with a smile on the face.

Great value for the money, cozy rooms, perfect location, and attentive staff.

The breakfast option could use more variety.

Family-friendly amenities, attentive staff, and delicious breakfast and Suhur services. Cons: Felt at home here, no reason to complain.
